Forum Rules

1. Be excellent to each other. (Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, 1989)

We are all in this together. To clarify our position:

DO NOT DIVULGE PERSONAL INFORMATION, be it yours or someone elses. There will be zero tolerance for this.
No flaming, name calling or slanderous remarks of any kind.
No personal information posted about anyone at anytime for any reason.
No threats or harassment of any kind for any reason.
No ad/thread crapping or hijacking.
We operate a no nuisance zone. If you have a burr in your side and have that “take it out on someone” feeling coming on, take it someplace else.


2. Before you post, remember…
A post that could cause a legal liability for this board will be removed without notice.
A post that has the potential for causing a legal liability for this board will be removed without notice.

This includes but not limited to the following, any discussion of the buying, selling or trading of drugs, making appointments publicly (this includes in the chatroom), any discussion of questionable or illegal subject matter that might cause a problem.

3. Moderation. Our goal it to make this venue a safe, sane, and fun place to spend some of your time. In order to maintain that atmosphere we reserve the authority to delete any post that has no merit other than causing hate, hurt, or discontentment of those who participate here or a liability to the board.



Posting Rules and Guidelines


1. ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON, PER IP, PER COMPUTER. If it is found that more than one account has been registered (without prior approval from the board administration), all subsequent to the original will be deleted and a warning issued. Any further violation of this policy may result in other actions up to and including banishment.

2. DO YOUR RESEARCH. You have a wealth of information at you fingertips, please use it. Search Craigslist, search other boards and read the posts on this board. A well informed hobbyist or provider is a safer and happier one.


3. USE SEARCH. Use Search before you post a question about anything. It will be your best friend! Seasoned hobbyists on the board get a little crotchety when a question is asked that could have been found using the search function. Use it first!


4. THE REVIEW TEMPLATE. This template is the preferred style of most hobbyists for a review. If you use the review template, please fill it out completely. Use caution and do not post personal information such as phone numbers unless you are certain the provider is okay with the information being published.

5. THINK FIRST SEND LAST. Board rule number 1 will be enforced. Remember the golden rules of human civility ie, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Do unto others, etc.

6. THE 24 HOUR RULE. Whether you’ve had a wonderful ground shaking experience or you feel like you got much less than you bargained for, waiting 24 hours to post your review will allow things to settle in your mind and make your post a more honest reflection of your experience. It will also allow a little time to temper your feelings.



Provider Ads – Posting Rules and Guidelines


Welcome ladies!

The board is much more lively and fun with your presence. There are only a few rules. They are designed to keep things on an even, fair playing field and to keep the board from being cluttered.


1. Please limit your ads to one every 72 hours. (three days)

2. One provider account per IP address. Rare exceptions may be made with prior administration approval.

3. Please no making dates on the board that is a private affair.

4. No trading services or bartering type posts will be allowed.

5. No posts or advertisements will be allowed for any other review boards, message boards, blogs, or any type of commercial services. TopHatReviews intends to operate this board as a non-profit. We will not clutter the board with such things and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.


Guidelines

Make sure your ad has all the details someone might need:

A physical description if no picture is available,

Contact information,

Website link if you have one,

Hours of availability,

Incall or outcall and the general location served,

Donation rates and any extras.

Be truthful. Honesty is a highly prized commodity. A lack of such will only hurt you in the long run.


Please refrain from posting a thank you or other comments on your reviews. Doing this clutters the reviews and can cause a myriad of other complications. By all means, if the review is inaccurate or there is a discrepancy you are encouraged to post your side.

Please check out the discussion area and add your comments as you see fit. Your input will always be welcomed there and your participation often gives gentleman a chance to see your personality and charm in action.



Review Guidelines

There is a template for reviews feel free to use it. If you use the template please fill it in completely. Whatever form your review takes please include the following:

~ the girls name and general location

~ an accurate description of the girl and if her photos (if any) were a match

~ give some session details and include if you recommend her or would see her again

~ make sure to give her website and/or contact information and list her rates

~ please consider including your email address in case other hobbyist might have a question for you.

Review Rules

1. No derogatory, name calling, flaming, mean, crude, discriminatory, or degrading reviews will tolerated. No matter how good or bad the experience there is a way to get your point across without being vulgar.

2. Review/thread crapping will not be tolerated. In general, take your comments such as “I want to bang her.” or “I saw her and she’s a rob.” to yourself, to the discussion area or write your own review.

3. No show, rob, up sell, etc. reviews are not allowed for 24 hours. It allows for a clearer accounting of what happened when time has passed to cool off. It also allows time for amends to be made.

4. No posting of real names, addresses or exact locations of a girl’s in call will be allowed. If you post a phone number please make sure the girl publishes her number or you have her permission to post the number.


Violation of these rules may result in your review or comments being deleted without further explanation. However if a review is deleted, every effort will be made to inform the writer why and give a chance for the review to be rewritten. Violation of the rules could also result in administrative action being taken up to and including banishment. To keep us all happy, please think twice before you hit the enter key.
