Hi Snoogler, welcome to THR. I'm a bit late with the welcome, but just got my power back today. I hope you have a funtastic time. As to your question about meet and greets and if providers charge for them, there used to be a sticky with some of the ladies alternate forms of screening if there were no references. I'm not sure where it went. I for one don't charge for a short M & G, and since I don't have a website, include that info in my ads, and I believe others may also...or make it clear they don't see gents without references. Mine is usually in a public place where we sit and chat for a few minutes, to get to know each other. Anyway....I don't think you will have much of a problem getting those references.

I feel bad for the folks without power for the last few days. I got lucky with only a few blips. Hope you were able to stay warm, at least!

I hear that some won't be getting theirs back until Wednesday. That's too bad. I tried to tough it out...but ended up spending a night in a hotel and then with a family member until today.

Welcome Snoogler! You intro reminded me so much of my Intro mails when I started out. When I meet the ladies my cover easily gets blown off. Looks like being a techie is so obvious  . I am sure you will like it here. My advise to you is to start first with a Provider who is prompt in providing future references for you when asked. Most of the Ladies in THR are very good in that aspect. Have fun!

Thanks Godofsmallthings, yeah, it's pretty mind-blowing exploring this hobby for the first time, the kid in the candy-store effect, but your advice makes perfect sense
