Default amen! long needed self-discipline is in my future

awesome thread! very true about eating/drinking on the fly - but with a little mindfulness and self-restraint I can make some progress too, I hope. I think being able to post my progress will help, b/c we all could use a little encouragement - which rarely comes my way what with the crazy schedule I keep LoL Woot Hoot Here's to shredding that fat!

I've got to jump on the bandwagon here (if it will hold me). Got on the talking scale yesterday and it said, "One at a time please". It's getting harder to find a lady with boobs bigger than mine. <hangs head in shame>

Thinking of trying the HcG diet.

Thumbs up Great topic - friends helping each other

After my physical last year I joined weight watchers. Iam down 72 lbs since March. My success has been tracking everything I eat or do for excercise. Had to learn what portion control is a long with reading the nutrition facts label on packages.

Hardest part has been being honest with myself in keeping with the life changing habits. Old habits are easy to fall back into and is a daily struggle for me. Support from friends is really helpful.

Don't forget to celebrate the non-scale victories such as needing new clothes or when someone notices a changed behavior. Small things add up over time!
