Even if you only lose a little, stay the same, or even gain a pound one week make sure you share it so that you are accountable!

Do you guys think we should pic a day of the week for all of us to tell what our progress was?

Keep your input coming even if you feel it is not a big deal your secret may work for someone else!

Thanks everyone! And good luck on this journey..we will all need it. Don't bail just because you didn't do as well as you thought you would...that is the glory behind the support of your fellow Top Hatters!

READY SET GOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I really like Ciarra's idea here.

There is a camaraderie that can be built when we all are working toward weight loss goals and of a weekly accounting (like weight watchers does) by reporting progress.

I was on Atkins for a few years with mixed results, but at least it was results. So I will be buckling down and going carb and sugar free and get the tread mill and nordic trak fired up again. There is a certain mindset for the commitment to doing this and a group commitment and measurement will work.

And .... a pay off with a Meet and Greet at the end. Wow!! Lets Just Do It!

Incidentally here is what NOT to do on the treadmill.....

AND let your pets inspire you to get on the treadmill as well...
